CLASS DATE is April 10th, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm. The meeting location is 10739 Baldwin Rd. Greenville, MI 48838. In this class you will learn basic canning techniques including the difference between Water Bathing vs Pressure Canning and when to do each. We will discuss some Rebel Canning topics including canning meats, brownies, stews, even Milk. Space is limited, Pre-register by selecting the number of people that will be attending in the Qty column of the Farm Store. This is a great Hands-On opportunity to learn a skill for self-sufficiency. Bring a notebook!
